Is this just a sales pitch for the Build Sprint?
No. The roadmap is written so any competent builder could execute it. Most clients continue into a Build Sprint because the person who mapped the system is the person who can build it. But the audit stands alone, and you keep everything.
How much of my team's time does this take?
About 5 to 7 hours total, spread across your team over the two weeks. A kickoff conversation, short interviews with the people closest to the work, and the readout. No one person loses a workday, and the mapping happens on my side.
